Kolkata, July 15 (IBNS): A.M.R.A (Art, Music, Revolution, Action), an organization formed by the young students of Kolkata, organized a fund raising programme for underprivileged children.

On Saturday the organization showcased a street exhibition of the artworks of various young artists and through this exhibition raised a fund for the under privileged children of the city.

The young students also staged a street play entitled 'Bodnaam' (Bad Name).

One of the members of the organization also said that it is planning to showcase a cultural programme for the street children.

"We want people to contribute in every possible way. If we can gather sufficient amount of money, we will distribute clothes during Pujas. If we contribute even ten percent from our Puja shopping, we can bring smile to someone's face."

The products which were showcased and sold in the exhibition were all eco-friendly products.

Kolkata based bands like Farista, Rock Paper Scissors, Time of Melody performed in the event.
