Honesty is the Best policy - Hats off for Mr Anjaneyulu


Hyderabad February 07/2012 (Hyderabad Deccan News) : C.H.Anjaneyulu, State Manager, HMT, GD Metla and his wife CH Ramakumari was travelling on Machlipatnam express to Secunderabad on 03-11-2010 and after reaching the destination they found a hand bag covered with newspaper on the seat where Retd. DGM, BSNL, Mr Sridhar Row and his wife were travelling, this bag was used as a pillow by them during the travel which they forgot to carry while leaving the train. 10 tola gold, 10,000/- cash and a cell phone was found in the bag. Mr Anjaneyulu and his wife searched for the couple at the railway station but did not found them, they went to the Railway Police station and informed it to the SHO and while they were speaking to the SHO they received a call on the missing cell phone and it was Mr.Sridhar Rao and he was very happy by learning that the bag is in safe hands.

Finally the bag was dilevered to Mr.Sridhar Rao in the presence of the the ACP Balanagar Mr. Damodar.

Mr.Anjaneyulu was honoured for his honesty by the GD Metla Police on 26-01-2012.
