Delhi for the construction of hostels to accommodate students


PIB/Hyderabad Deccan News Feberuary 09/2012 : The Joint Secretary (Kashmir), Shri S. Skandan, the Commissioner/Secretary, Higher Education, Government of J&K, Mrs. Tanveer Jahan and the Registrar, Jamia Milia Islamia, Professor Shri S.M. Sajid signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Home Affairs, J&K Government and Jamia Milia Islamia, Delhi for the construction of hostels to accommodate students from the J&K at Jamia Milia Islamia in the presence of the Union Home Minister, Shri P. Chidambaram, the J&K Chief Minister, Shri Omar Abdullah, the Vice-Chairman, Jama Milia Islamia, Shri Najeeb Jung and the Union Home Secretary, R.K. Singh, in New Delhi on February 09, 2012.

Hyderabad Deccan news January 28/2012 : The Union Minister of commerce, Industry and Textiles Shri anand Sharma met his Canadian counter part Mr Ed Fast at Wolrd Econmic Forum at Davos today. Both the leaders reviewed the bilateral ties and expressed satisfaction over the deepning economic ties. Both the Minister agreed to fast-track the CEPA negotiations and committed to advise the negotiators who are meeting in February accordingly.
