Unauthorised Passport/Travel agents arrested by Hyderabad Police.

Hyderabad February 18/2012 (Hyderabad Deccan News) : South Zone Police conducted simultaneous raids and nabbed (3) persons and seized (45) passports and duplicate marriage certificates and Transfer Certificates, Birth Certificates etc. These agents were cheating the innocent people on the guise of providing jobs abroad, taking cash from them and also making false documents for obtaining passports.

1) Charminar & Dabeerpura Police nabbed Smt Sameena Begum W/o Mohammed Imran, age: 22 yrs, Occ: Private Employee R/o H.No. 22-3-750, Near Iqbal Hotel, Dabeerpura, Hyderabad in Cr.No. 38/12 U/Sec 420 IPC of PS Dabeerpura

On 16.02.2012 at 22.00 hrs received a complaint from Sri Jalal Uddin S/o. Late Nizamuddin age 27 yrs, Occ: Sales Man, R/o Amberpet MCH Colony, Building No. 24 House No. 6, Hyd stating that his friend introduced one Agent by name Sameena Begum, R/o. Near Purani Haveli, Beside Iqbal Hotel, Hyd working through Riber Man Power Supplier. When he approached her for the job in Saudi Arabia. She explained him about the Sales Man Job offer and she demand him to pay the 55000 for the sales man post. He agreed to pay her the said amount and on the very next day when he went to her Residence at Purani Haveli and paid her the 1st Installment 30,000/- and also given his original passport. After one week Sameena Begum showed him one Visa Copy and took the Balance Amount 25,000/-. Later, when he enquired a about the Visa On which he came to know that the Visa is a another Job visa. She failed to sent him to Saudi Arabia. When he approached her and requested to return his passport and his amount. She abused him in dirty language. Thus she cheated him.

During the Course of investigation seized (5) Original Passports from the possession of the accused.

2) Police Hussainialam, nabbed the accused Mohd. Abdul Hameed, who is running 'Space Travels' at Shop municipal bearing No. 20-1-408, Koka-Ki-Tatti, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad in Cr.No. 35/2012 U/S 420, 506 IPC and Sec 12 of Indian Passport Act.

On 17-02-2012 at 20.30 hours received a complainant from Sri. Md. Saidulla Khan S/o. Shabbirulla Khan, age 42 years, Occ. Business, R/o. H. No. 5-5-876/1/A, Jahngir Nagar Colony, Chintal Kunta, L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad in which he stated that on 15-10-2011 one passport agent by name Mohd. Abdul Hameed, who is running 'Space Travels' at Shop municipal bearing No. 20-1-408, Koka-Ki-Tatti, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad kept the complainant and his wife Original Indian Passports of complainant and his wife illegally by promising him to renew obtain and new passports of his children and demanded amount of Rs.15,000/- with in three (3) months. But he failed to provide the same and demanding additional amount and also threatening to the complainant with dire consequence.

During the investigation on 18-02-2012 SI Sri. D. Venkateshwarlu along with staff conducted raid at his Space Travel shop at Koka-Ki-Tatti, Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad. and seized (29) Original Indian Passports, (3) Original Marriage Certificates, (03) Birth Certificates, (2) Empty Transfer Certificate forms, (7) Empty Rs.10/- Executive Bond papers & other certificates, One (1) Honda Shine bike, Two (2) Computers, Four (4) Cell phones and the same was seized was as material evidence. On enquiry, with Mr. Hameed revealed that previously he was remanded and released on bail in Cr.Nos.111/05, 178/06, 165/08 & 34/10 of P.S. Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad.

3) Police Chatrinaka nabbed the accused Mohd Muneer Chand s/o Muneer age 47 years occ: Car Driver R/o HNO. 105 4th cross APJ Abdul Kalam Main road cross, Fatima - Layout AC Bangalore who is presently residing at Hno.16-2-557 Paltan, Malakpet, Hyderabad

The facts of the case are that on the complaint of Rayees Khan s/o Sayeed Khan age 31 years occ: Private work r/o HNO. 22-3-342 Miryalam Mandi, Mirchowk, Hyderabad, to the effect that the respondent offered the complainant to provide Job visa at Gulf Countries by collecting Huge Money. Similarly he also promised some other Un-employed public by showing Fake Pamphlets for job visas at Gulf Countries and collected Huge Money from innocent Un-employed people by preparing fake visas. Hence on the receipt of the complaint the person Mohd Muneer Chand @ Chand Basha was taken into custody. And seized seized the following material from his possession.

2. Different pamphlets of (Job Requirements in Gulf Countries Companies) 49
3. Resumes Of Un-employed public 20
4. Xerox Copies of Fake job visas 02
5. Visiting cards on the Name of ( Travels Express) 15
