Two Rowdy Sheeters arrested with weapons by Hyderabad Police

Hyderabad February 20/2012 (Hyderabad Deccan News) : The Commissioner's Task Force, West Zone Team arrested two notorious Rowdy sheeters in Tappachabutra, today i.e. 20-02-2012 and seized Two Swords from their possession.

NAMES OF THE ACCUSED PERSONS

1.Mohd Akbar Siddiqui, S/o late Mohd Siddiq, 39 years, occ: business (Akbar Textiles, Sabjimandi, Kulsumpura), r/o 13-1-1229/A, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad

2.Shaik Sultan, S/o Shaik Fareed, 31 years, occ: sentring work, r/o Yousufnagar, Tappachabutra, Hyderabad


The Prime Accused Mohd Akbar Khan is Rowdy sheeter of Tappachabutra PS. He was involved in five criminal cases i.e. 3 physical assault cases and two attempt to murder cases.

The accused Shaik Sultan is also Rowdy sheeter of Tappachabutra PS. He was involved in murder, attempt to murder, Robbery, Arms Act and Snatching cases.

Brief Facts

The accused Akbar earlier did real estate business at Rajendranagar. During the business he had disputes with other real estate brokers. In one of the dispute an attempt to murder case was registered in Rajendra Nagar PS vide Cr.No.123/2007 U/s 147, 148, 307, 326, 324, r/w 149 IPC and 25(1)(a) Arms Act. After this incident, the complainant party asking/demanding more money for compromising of the case. Since then he developed grudge against his opponents and planned to eliminate them. Due to which he contacted his locality person namely Shaik Sultan, Rowdy sheeter of Tappachabutra PS and procured two swords from an unknown person at Jumerath Bazar kept with them for self protection and to attack on his opponents.

Today Akbar and Shaik Sultan were gathered in the house of Akbar in Tappachabutra, Hyderabad with swords in the meanwhile the Task Force police caught them.

The accused persons along with seized property are being handed over to SHO, Tappachabutra P.S, Hyderabad, for taking further necessary action.


The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri Ch. Ramachander, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioners Task Force, Sri S. Rama Chandra Reddy, Inspector of Police with the assistance of SIs Gattu Mallu, D. Santosh Kumar, K. Sunil and the Staff of West Zone Team, Commissioner's Task Force, Hyderabad.
