Hyderabad, June 1/2013 : In view of public meetings being organised by Telangana Rashtra Samithi and Bharatiya Janata Party on June 2 and 3rd respectively, the City Police has imposed certain traffic restrictions from 4 PM to 10.30 PM on routes leading towards Nizam College Grounds.
According to police, the traffic coming from Taj mahal Junction towards Basheerbagh x road will be diverted at King Koti x road towards Eden Garden x roads; Traffic coming from Boggulakunta x road towards Basheerbagh x roads will be diverted at King Koti x road towards Eden Garden x road; Traffic coming from Eden Garden x road will be diverted at King Koti towards Taj Mahal Junction; Traffic coming from Cemetery Junction towards Basheerbagh x road will be diverted at Old MLA Qtrs towards Himayath Nagar Y junction and Traffic coming from Narayanaguda x roads towards Basheerbagh x roads will be diverted at Himayathnagar Y junction towards Liberty junction; Traffic coming from Old PCR towards Nizam College will be diverted at Basheerbagh junction towards Liberty.
Similarly, the Traffic coming from Chermas towards Basheerbagh x roads will be diverted at SBH junction towards Sujatha School line and traffic coming from Cafe-e-Bahar lane towards Nizam College Gate No.IV & III will be diverted at NCC Lane towards King Koti x roads.
People have been requested to take alternate routes to their destinations and avoid the above routes during the specified timings and co-operate with the Traffic Police during the period of traffic diversion as above. (INN)
