Hyderabad traffic police became a business agency ,wants to earn money that’s it. They will Chelan without any warn, they should atleast put a no exit board first, then they can Chelan but they don’t care about this, if there is no exit board (or any traffic rule board) thy might think they could not collect enough money. that’s why they don’t want to arrange all traffic rules boards, I hope judicial system must react on this because a normal person cant do any thing more than paying Chelans.
