The first Haj Flight lands in Madeena-al-Munnawara


Hyderabad, Sept 30(Hyderabad Deccan News): The first batch of 296 Haj pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh, which left through a Chartered flight of Saudi Arabian Airlines SV 5650 landed safely at Madeenah-al-Munnawara at 7:40AM (Saudi Time) this morning. A Khadim-ul-Hujjaj belonging to Nalagonda District Sri Shaik Imam accompanied the first flight.
The Chairman of the State Haj Committee Sri Syed Khaleeluddin Ahmed in a media release said that the Moullim received the pilgrims at the Madeena airport and soon after completion of immigration check shifted them to the accommodation allotted to them. All the pilgrims are safe and are busy in prayers in the holy mosque of Prophet (peace be upon him).
Earlier in the previous night the Minister for Minorities Welfare Sri Mohammed Ahmadullah flagged off the pilgrims amid chanting of Talbia, the special prayers of the pilgrims, at the Haj House. Member of the Haj Committee of India Moulana Mufti Khaleel Ahmed and members of the State Haj Committee Sri Syed Raza Hussain Azad, Sri Shaik Shareef, Sri Rahmatullah Khan, Sri Mohammed Baig, Sri Mahmood Hussasin, Sri Mohammed Habeeb Ahmed, Sri Alhaj Mohammed Pasha, Moulana Mufti S. Sadeq Mohiuddin, Executive Officer Sri G. Mahboob Peeran and others were present on this occasion.
