Seizure of Illegal fire arm - One held by Hyderabad Police

The Commissioner's Task Force, Central Zone Team on a tip off nabbed one Kamandalam Narsing Das Goud @ Pochi for possession of illegal country made fire arm. Seized one country made Revolver and two live cartridges.

Names of the Accused:

1. Kamandalam Narsing Das Goud @ Pochi S/o. K.Charan Goud, age 26 years, Occ. Toddy shop owner at Shivajinagar, Borabanda, N/o. HNo.5-9, Sardarnagar, Tukkuguda, Maheshwaram Mandal, R.R. Dist.
2. Akram R/o.Rajeev Gandhi Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad. (Absconding)

FACTS OF THE CASE:
The accused Kamandalam Narsing Das Goud @ Pochi was born and brought up at Borabanda, Hyberabad. After his schooling, he started the business of Audio & Video CDs at Shivajinagar, Borabanda. In the month of July, 2006, the accused along with his associates brutally killed one person by name Nawab Das @ Nani R/o.Vinayakrao Nagar, Borabanda, Hyderabad at Moti Nagar X Roads, Hyderabad under the limits of Sanjeeva Redy Nagar in a love affair matter. In the year 2008 the Central Zone Task Force arrested the accused for possession of 4 Muzzle loaded Guns and sent him to jail along with his associates. After releasing from jail the accused committed snatchings in the limits of Pahadishareef P.S and KPHB P.S along with his associates. In the month of July, 2010 the accused along with his associates attempted to kill Mr A.Praveen Das who is none other than the brother of Late Nawab Das at SR Nagar with swords, as he is trying to eliminate the accused in retaliation for the killing of his brother Nawab Das, but he was managed to escape. When the accused was searching for Praveen Das to kill him, in the meanwhile the West Zone Task Force nabbed the accused along with his associates for possession of arms and sent him to jail in an attempt to murder case and Arms Act case. After releasing from jail the accused along with his associates again committed snatchings in the limits of KPHB Police Station as they are in need of money to execute their plans. After the release of the accused from jail in the month of January, 2012 he came to know that, the family members of Late Nawab Das @ Nani engaged Borabanda Wahed who is a rowdy sheeter of Kukatpally PS, to eliminate him. In order to protect his life the accused sought the help of one Akram R/o.Borabanda, who is a native of Bihar State in securing a fire arm. Accordingly the accused and Akram went to Bharni Village of Bihar State and purchased one country made Fire arm/revolver and 5 rounds from a person for Rs.15,000/-Since then the accused is carrying the said country made revolver when ever he go out. Few months back the accused test fired 3 rounds in air at Thukkuguda area and remaining 2 rounds were left with the accused and waiting for an opportunity to eliminate his rivals.

In the mean time on a tip off the accused Kamandalam Narsing Das Goud @ Pochi was apprehended by the Central Zone Task Force Team, for carrying country made fire arm/Revolver and 2 live rounds and the accused is being handed over to SR Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad for further investigation.

The arrest of the accused was made under the supervision of Sri P.Rameshaiah, Addl.Dy.Commissioner of Police, Commissioner's Task Force, Sri Ch.Y.Srinivas Kumar, Inspector of Police, with the assistance of SI N.Ravinder and staff of Central Zone Team, Commissioner's Task Force, Hyderabad.
