Sarwa Shiksha Abhiyan Assistant Engineer in ACB net
Warangal, Sept 24 (Hyderabad Deccan News): Anti Corruption Bureau officials on Friday arrested a Sarwa Shiksha Abhiyan Assistant Engineer on charges of accepting bribe for doing an official favour.
According to ACB sources, the SSA AE Narsampet Mandal, Warangal district Madisetty Ramesh Babu, was caught red-handed from his residence at Gopala Swamy Temple Lane, Mattewada, when he was accepting a bribe of Rs 8,000 from a complainant. The complainant had approached the ACB after the SSA AE had demanded the bribe for forwarding the M Books and connected file to the Project Officer for making payment. According to the DGP Anti Corruption Bureau Umesh Kumar, the tainted amount of Rs 8,000 was recovered from Madisetty Ramesh Babu. He will be produced before the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, Hyderabad.
