Khammam, July 12, 2013: The outlawed Praja Prathighatana State secretary Raghupathi alias Mohananna on Friday laid down arms before Warangal Range DIG Kantha Rao. Along with him, three other outlaws also surrendered to the police.
The police recovered AK47 guns and some revolvers from them
Speaking to the media, the DIG said there were no Praja Prathighatana dalams in Khammam and Warangal districts. He said welfare schemes for surrendered Naxalites announced by the State government would apply for those laid down arms today.
Khammam SP Ranganath and Officer on Special Duty Srinivasa Rao were also present.
