KCR has turned T issue into commodity: Devender Goud

Hyderabad, March 20 (Hyderabad Deccan News): Senior Telugu Desam Party leader from Telangana Devender Goud on Sunday alleged that Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K Chandrasekhar Rao has mortgaged the interests of the Telangana people and turned the separate statehood agitation into a "salable commodity'.
Talking to media persons at NTR Trust Bhavan, the Telangana leader also alleged that the TRS has politicized the agitation by provoking the students to commit suicides.
Spewing venom at the TRS chief, Mr Devender Goud further alleged that "KCR has encashed the sacrifices of students and others who laid down their lives for cause of Telangana to get political mileage.'
Casting doubt on the durability of the TRS, the senior TDP leader predicted that KCR will merge his party with the Congress after milking the Telangana sentiment dry.
Reacting on KCR suspending three TRS MLAs from party for resorting to cross-voting during the Legislative Council elections, Mr Devender Goud stated that two more MLAs had resorted to cross-voting.
He demanded KCR reveal the names of those persons who were behind the cross voting and how much money was offered to these people. (INN)
