Dr.Geeta greets Padma awardeers of AP
Hyderabad, Jan 29(THD NEWS): Dr J. Geeta Reddy, Minister for Tourism, Information & Public Relations, has congratulated the recipients of the Padma Awards. The minister congratulated Mr Y. Venugopal Reddy, former Governor of Reserve Bank, and Dr Pratap Chandra Reddy, the founder of Apollo Hospitals on being decorated with Padma Vibushan Award on the occasion of the Republic Day. She also congratulated the Padma Bhushan awardee, Dr Nukala Chinna Satyanarayana, Carnatic vocalist. Dr Geeta Reddy also extended her hearty congratulations to Dr Shobha Raj, eminent classical singer, Ms Saina Nehwal, Badminton champion, Dr Vijay Prasad Dimri, geophycist and Dr A.V. Satyanarayana Raju, chief of NCC for being honoured with the Padma Sree awards.
