Clueless hit and run case detected - one held by Hyderabad Police
Hyderabad February 22/2012 (Hyderabad Deccan News) : The sleuths of Commissioner's Task force North Zone, Hyderabad on credible information laid trap and arrested a person who is responsible for a fatal accident which has no clues. The case was registered as accident by un known person.
Names of accused :
1) D. Ramlal s/o D. Jangaiah, age. 44 yrs, Occ: Driver in private travels, r/o Jaipuri Colony, Nagole, R R Dist.
Details of Case:
Ramlal is working as a driver in a private travels. On 17-02-2012 he was driving a private travels bus bearing No. AP 9 X 1222 from Hyderabad to Kurnool. In the early hours while passing Anoos T Junction on NH - 7 at Shad Nagar, Mahaboob Nagar District, he hit a person who is crossing the road. The victim sustained bleeding injuries and succumbed injuries at the spot. The rash and negligence driving of the accused lead to a fatal accident.
This accident was registered in Cr. No. 71/2012 u/s 304 (A) IPC by Shad Nagar Police and they could not proceed further as there are no clues. On coming to know about this incident, North Zone Task Force team worked out the clues, arrested the accused in Hyderabad and solved the clueless fatal accident.
The accused person was handed over to Shad Ngar Police Station for necessary action.
The arrest was made under the supervision of Sri.Ch. Ramchander, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner's Task Force by Sri. L. Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, North Zone Task Force Team with the assistance of SIs. A. Suryanarayana, V. Tirupathi, L. Ramanjaneyulu and staff of North Zone Task Force team.
