Celebrations : 90th anniversary of the publication of the poem "Bidrohi" by Kazi Nazrul Islam
To celebrate the 90th anniversary of the publication of the poem "Bidrohi" by Kazi Nazrul Islam, artists from India and Bangladesh are participating in cultural programmes in Kolkata from 4th to 6th July, 2012 . The celebrations was inaugurated on 4th July, 2012 at Purbasree auditorium, EZCC, Salt Lake by Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal. Abul Maal Abdul Muhith, Minister of Finance, Peoples' Republic of Bangladesh was the Guest of Honour.
