DGP Telangana Anurag Sharma announces steps to contain attacks on women

Hyderabad, Sept 15, 2014: Director General of Police of Telangana Anurag Sharma said today in the Press conference held in his office that the police department aimed to introduce several initiatives for containing attacks on women and other gender crimes in the state.

He said the people are invited to assist the police in introducing people friendly initiatives in fighting crime, traffic management, reduce crimes against women, contain attacks on aged and children.
