CM gets award for success of Telugu conference
Hyderabad, Feb 18 (INN): A delegation led by the Information Technology Minister Ponnala Lakshmayya called on Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Saturday at camp office and presented an award towards contribution of success of "First International Telugu Internet Conference" held at California, USA recently.
They have also informed the Chief Minister that "International Mother-language Day" will be held on February 21 at Hyderabad and Unicode fonts will be released on that occasion. They have also requested the Chief Minister to attend as Chief Guest. Former Minister Mandali Budha Prasad, Anand Kuchibhotla and others also present.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that his party would contest the ensuing general elections on the slogan of self-respect of Telugu people. He also announced small team that would lead the party. While Kiran will be the President, Chundru Srihari Rao will be the founder president of the party as he had registered it with the Election Commission. Kiran Reddy took over the party after talks with him.
