3-Day Workshop on Energy Efficiency in Electrical Utilities
Hyderabad January 31/2012 (Hyderabad Deccan News) : Electrical utilities like Air conditioning, Compressed air, Cooling Water, DG sets, Lifts, Pumps/fans, lighting systems accounts for more than 80% of the total energy consumption of Industry and any Building. Energy Cost reduction and survival is most important for all of us. Realizing this need, Siri Exergy organizing this 3-day workshop to share our experiences in identification and implementation of innovative energy efficiency options towards reducing Energy Bills.
Through this workshop the Latest Trends in Energy Efficiency and issues related to Implementation of Energy Efficiency projects, Perform Achieve and Trade (PAT) scheme and identification of Energy Efficiency projects for getting additional revenues through carbon credits are being discussed.
This National workshop is being attend by about 45 delegates from organizations like, NTPC, SAIL, Indian Oil (IOCL), PCRA, Raymond's, BSES, IDBI, NPTI, Honda, GEB, IFFCO, RCF, Shriram Pistons, GMR Intl Airport, Finolex, Chennai Silks, Servomax from all over India and also from Climate Change Response - Australia etc.
The program is inaugurated by the chief guest Shri A.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Member Secretary ( Energy Coordination Cell) - Govt of AP, and also Member Convener Energy Conservation Committee & Certificate Distribution is by Shri A.S.Kumar, Dy. Secretary General, Federation of AP Chamber of Commerce & Industry ( FAPCCI).
