When the industry is in the hands of a few families and a hit is described only in terms of collections, the question of talent does not arise. Yes, there are a few highly talented old timers but who cares? Someone has to take up the case. The farce of domestic yearly awards is a well known affair. Each of the biggies should get an award at least that is the way how it works out.

PIB/Hyderabad Deccan News January 25/2012 : The national function of second National Voters' Day (NVD) was observed today at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, a practice that was initiated last year to coincide with the foundation day of the Election Commission of India and also to enhance the participation of the voters, especially the youth, in the democratic process. Internet preferred for contacting government in Australia

Hyderabad Deccan News January 19/2012 : The internet is now well established as the preferred means of accessing government services, according to a study released today by Special Minister of State Gary Gray.

The report about Australians' use of e-Government Services shows that the internet, when available as an option, is the most commonly used channel to contact government.

"When the internet is an option, in 2011 nearly half of Australians (47 per cent) used it in their most recent contact with government," Mr Gray said. "Nearly half (46 per cent) also said they preferred the internet over other forms of contact.
